Collier County Building and Permitting is one of the busiest building departments in Southwest Florida, and navigating its plan review process efficiently requires familiarity with the department's specific submittal requirements, review timelines, and correction processes. We have developed that familiarity through years of practice in Collier County, and we use it to prepare permit submissions that are complete, well-organized, and formatted to minimize review cycles. For Naples projects that require Collier County Site Development Plan approval or City of Naples Site Plan approval in addition to a building permit, we coordinate the architectural design with the planning approval process to ensure that the design approved by planning is the same design submitted for building permit — avoiding the costly redesigns that can result when these processes are not properly coordinated.
